Contract Details- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension based on business needs and performance; conversion to permanent also possible based on business needs and performance)
- Pay Rate: C$76.00–C$92.00 / Hour (CAD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours - 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day; opportunity for additional hours (must be approved prior to working)
- Travel Requirements: Not required
Job SummaryThis is a Business Systems Analyst role supporting workforce and identity management, including authentication and authorization, within a large enterprise environment. The position is a backfill and project support role operating within a team of 27 people. The successful candidate will spend approximately 4 hours per day in meetings, interacting primarily with internal stakeholders, with minimal external interaction. The contractor will not have access to customer data. This is a great opportunity to work within Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities- Provide Business Systems Analyst support for workforce and identity management related projects, including authentication and authorization
- Meet timelines and deadlines as a core measure of performance
- Maintain performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Deliver quality of work consistent with team and organizational standards
- Participate in meetings averaging approximately 4 hours per day
- Interact primarily with internal stakeholders, with minimal external engagement
Required Skills- 10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Very in-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Enterprise-level environment experience - banking or financial institution experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Detail oriented
Preferred Skills- Agile or PM certifications (PM certification preferred)
- Strong Agile experience
Education Requirements- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Agile or PM certifications are an asset
Required Experience- 10 years of overall Business Systems Analyst experience
Nice-to-Have Experience- Enterprise-level banking or financial institution experience
Work Environment / Physical Requirements- Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite, 3 days work from home; potential for 4 days onsite in the future
- Anchor days are fairly flexible
- Approximately 4 hours per day spent in meetings

Important Notes- Interview process: 2 steps - virtual interview (approximately 30 minutes) followed by in-person interview (approximately 1 hour)
