Your primary role is to answer inbound inquiries as the company’s first point of contact. You’ll also help with quoting and data entry.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6.0pt 0in 6.0pt 0in;"><strong><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Typical duties include:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: AppleSystemUIFont; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries.</span></li><li><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: AppleSystemUIFont; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Provide tailored advice to assist customers with product selection.</span></li><li><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Resolving customer issues and questions.</span></li><li><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Data entry for quotes, orders, and case creation. </span></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">We’ll make sure you have the proper training and support to give you every possible chance to make your role a success.
