Social Media Marketing Coordinator (Talent Attraction) | Contract

Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario

Work arrangement: Onsite, 4 days a week (the team is currently remote with in-office days as needed, moving to 4 days on site in the near future; full commitment to the in-office schedule is required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, core business hours

Engagement: Contract until September 2027, with extension and conversion possible

Expected pay: $35 to $45 per hour incorporated, based on experience

About the opportunity:

Infotek Consulting Services Inc. is hiring a Social Media Marketing Coordinator for a leading Canadian financial institution. You'll join a 6-person Candidate Attraction team that helps job seekers see what it's really like to work at the bank, through content creation, copywriting and social storytelling.

What you'll do:

Grow the bank's LinkedIn and careers Instagram channels through regular content creation and publishing

Manage day-to-day execution: marketing intake requests, content planning, publishing, community management and performance reporting

Create digital content for internal and external audiences, including social posts, carousels, newsletters and static imagery, that brings the employee value proposition to life

Contribute to concept brainstorms and own script development for employee career stories

Analyze social media performance data and turn the insights into future content strategy

Keep the bank's candidate attraction channels up to date, including its careers site, Glassdoor, Indeed and LinkedIn

What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in a social media, content or creative marketing role

A professional portfolio of corporate work (school projects not accepted)

Strong writing and editing skills

Solid knowledge of organic social media platforms, best practices and content development

Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram

Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social publishing tools (Sprinklr preferred)

Open to candidates from any industry with a similar creative and social focus

Nice to have:

Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and editing

Recruitment marketing or employer branding experience

Agile environment experience, including Jira and Confluence
