JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of our Real Estate & Infrastructure Services team, you will play a key role in supporting high-volume accounts receivable operations across a complex lease and property portfolio. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
You will be responsible for the accurate administration, tracking, reconciliation, and collection of receivables related to lease agreements, occupancy costs, rent payments, recoveries, and other property-related financial transactions. This role supports ongoing, active projects, requiring the ability to quickly understand existing processes and continue work seamlessly while maintaining service levels and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable Administration: Manage and monitor receivables related to lease agreements, rent payments, recoveries, operating expenses, and other real estate transactions.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, review, and distribute invoices in accordance with lease agreements, contractual obligations, and established billing schedules.
- Collections & Payment Tracking: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and work with stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations and validate financial information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Project Continuity: Transition seamlessly into ongoing projects, reviewing historical records and continuing work without disrupting service delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with landlords, tenants, property managers, finance teams, and client stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate accounts receivable aging reports, track collection metrics, and identify trends or risks requiring escalation.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure financial records adhere to client standards, lease requirements, accounting policies, and audit controls.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, lease administration, real estate accounting, or related financial operations.
- Experience supporting large real estate, facilities, infrastructure, or property portfolios.
- Strong understanding of lease-related financial processes and contract administration.
- Bilingual (English/French) required.
- Experience working with TRIRIGA, SAP, Yardi, MRI, or similar property and financial management systems.
- Strong reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting experience.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and collaborate across multiple teams.

- Strong financial reconciliation and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Compensation:
$27/hr to $37.50/hr
