About the Role
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and oversee the daily operation of guest-facing services. In this role, you will drive team performance and be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards from arrival to departure. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, including Front Desk and Guest Services
- Coach, support, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Drive service quality and monitor guest satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed
- Handle guest concerns and ensure timely and effective service recovery
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to meet operational needs
- Support operational and financial goals through effective staffing, productivity, and service delivery
- Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED; or 2-year degree from an accredited University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any other related courses
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services
- Marriott work experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Occasional lifting and movement of items
- Ability to work at a computer or front desk for extended periods
