Responsibilities:
- Document preparation and production (correspondence, legal documents, presentations, etc.).
- Opening, updating, and maintaining files.
- Managing calendars, monitoring deadlines, and scheduling meetings.
- Assisting with billing, time entry, and expense reports.
What you bring:
- Min. 4 years in solicitor practice in any area that would fall under business law umbrella (corporate, securities, banking, financial services, commercial real estate, tax, etc.).
- Graduate of an accredited Legal Assistant program, or equivalent.
