📢 Hiring: Senior QA / Test Specialist
We are looking for an experienced QA / Test Specialist with 10+ years of enterprise software testing experience to support large-scale systems and complex testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, performance, stress, and load testing.
- Perform both manual and automated testing.
- Develop automation using Selenium, Postman, UFT, TestComplete, or similar tools.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Bugzilla, etc.
- Validate backend data using SQL/Oracle and perform data reconciliation/integrity testing.
- Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Ensure compliance with AODA/accessibility standards and QA best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of software testing experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong manual + automated testing experience.
- AODA / WCAG testing experience.
- Selenium or Postman.
- JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools.
- JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
- Strong SQL/Oracle and backend/data validation experience.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, Azure or AWS is an asset.
- Public-sector / OPS QA standards and practices experience is an asset.
