About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development, architecture, and administration experience to design, implement, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
- Experience developing ServiceNow Portals and Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Experience with custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, CMDB, integrations, data models, security, and governance
- 5+ years of ServiceNow administration in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with upgrades, patching, release management, cloning, security, and instance health
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
Certifications Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, IRM, or equivalent)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is considered a strong asset
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification
