Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical delivery, design scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
- Build responsive UI solutions using ASP.NET MVC Razor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, indexing, and queries.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions and estimates.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and code promotion activities.
- Support UAT and production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
- Ensure SDLC compliance, repository governance, and development best practices.
- Track project delivery, resource utilization, and project status

Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
- Strong experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Service-Oriented Design.
- Expertise in SQL Server Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and Database Design.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and Razor Views.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Harness, Tekton, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Open Shift, Containers, and Cloud-native deployments.
- Knowledge of xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest for unit testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle and Couchbase.
- Familiarity with GitHub Co-pilot, Devin, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience working in large-scale Agile/Scrum environments.
