Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer specializing in Java and React JS to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on development experience, solution architecture expertise, and the ability to provide technical leadership to development teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+ and modern Java features
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture
- Extensive experience with React JS, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Strong understanding of API design principles
- Proficiency with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise architecture

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using Java and React JS
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions

- Provide guidance to development teams and conduct design and code reviews

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation and cloud adoption
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects
