Position: Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly EPBCS/PBCS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end EPM implementations, application configuration, automation, and custom development using Groovy and Calculation Scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud/EPBCS applications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Configure Planning applications, business rules, forms, dashboards, security, and data integrations.
- Develop and maintain Groovy rules, Calculation Manager rules, Calc Scripts, and EPM Automate scripts.
- Automate data loads, backups, migrations, and routine EPM processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business, and IT teams on planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience with Oracle EPM On-Premises (Hyperion) and/or EPM Cloud.
- 3+ years of hands-on EPBCS/PBCS experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
- Strong expertise in EPBCS/PBCS, Groovy, Calculation Manager, Calc Scripts, and EPM Automate.
- Experience with data integrations, metadata management, application migrations, and environment management.
- Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
