What You'll Be Doing
This role operates in a fast-paced operational call center environment focused on processing and following up on client account transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to financial institutions regarding account transfer requests
- Follow up on outstanding transfer activities and obtain status updates
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transfer requests
- Update and maintain information within internal systems
- Perform data entry and case management activities
- Work with imaging, workflow, and case management platforms
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
- Participate in a daily 15-minute team huddle
- Handle confidential client information with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
Work Breakdown
- 80% Outbound Phone Activity
- Communicating with external financial institutions
- Following up on transfer requests and resolving outstanding items
- 20% Operations & Data Entry
- Updating internal systems
- Processing documentation
- Managing workflow queues and case records
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-2 years of banking, financial services, or operations experience
- Strong professional phone presence and confidence in making outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven multitasking and organizational skills
- High technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong Excel skills, including experience working with spreadsheets and formulas
- Ability to learn and work with spreadsheets containing macros
- Post-secondary education (College Diploma or University Degree)
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience
- Banking or financial services operations experience
- Experience with workflow, ticketing, or case management systems
- Experience with ISM, EIS, or similar operational platforms
- Knowledge of Excel macros
- Bilingual in English and French
