Original job description
Kinro is a fast-moving, vertically integrated Canadian telehealth brand. We ship consumer-facing marketing pages and product flows constantly, and we care about design that looks like a modern consumer brand, not a medical portal.
We're looking for a designer who can execute cleanly and fast inside an established design system. This is not a from-scratch systems role. Our brand, tokens, and components already exist. We need someone who can take a brief and turn out sharp, on-brand landing pages and UI with minimal oversight.
There are two core parts to this role:
Product UI in Figma - designing our customer-facing dashboard (React-based), working from our existing component library and design tokens. You're extending and applying the system, not rebuilding it.
Website pages in Framer - designing and iterating on our customer-facing marketing and site pages inside Framer.
Must-haves
Figma - strong proficiency working inside an established component library and token system. Comfortable designing UI for a React product and handing off clean, dev-ready designs.
Framer/Webflow - fluent. You can build and publish responsive pages, use components/variants/auto-layout, and iterate quickly.
