Klabs is designed to operate as a startup-building engine. We create, validate, and commercialize new ventures while leveraging Kspace Technologies’ technical, operational, and strategic capabilities.
We are now looking for a serious Fundraising Co-Founder who can help us raise capital, develop investor relationships, build fundraising strategies, prepare investor materials, and position Klabs and its portfolio ventures for long-term growth.
The Role
The Fundraising Co-Founder will take the lead on capital strategy, investor outreach, fundraising campaigns, and investor relationship management for Klabs and selected ventures under the studio.
This is a high-trust, strategic role for someone who understands startups, investors, fundraising, venture capital, angel networks, grants, accelerators, and early-stage capital formation.
This role is not only about sending pitch decks. It is about helping build a serious fundraising system that can support Klabs and the ventures it creates.
Key Responsibilities
You will help lead:
Fundraising Strategy
Develop fundraising plans for Klabs and its portfolio ventures.
Identify the right funding sources, including angel investors, venture capital firms, strategic investors, grants, accelerators, and government funding programs.
Help structure fundraising rounds, including pre-seed, seed, SAFE, convertible notes, and strategic partnership funding.
Support valuation strategy and investor positioning.
Investor Outreach
Build and manage investor target lists.
Conduct outreach to angels, VCs, family offices, accelerators, and strategic partners.
Book investor meetings and support follow-ups.
Help prepare tailored investor communications.
Manage investor CRM and pipeline tracking.
Investor Materials
Help create and refine pitch decks.
Prepare executive summaries, one-pagers, financial narratives, traction updates, and investor memos.
Support data room preparation.
Help make Klabs and its ventures investor-ready.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with investors and funding partners.
Represent Klabs in investor conversations.
Support founder meetings, pitch sessions, and due diligence conversations.
Maintain investor updates and communication cycles.
Venture Studio Growth
Help define how Klabs presents itself to investors, founders, partners, and the market.
Support capital raising for individual ventures created through Klabs.
Help identify ventures with the highest fundability.
Help create a repeatable model for launching and financing new startups.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Understands startup fundraising and investor relations.
Has experience with venture capital, angel investing, accelerators, startup finance, business development, or capital raising.
Can communicate clearly with investors and strategic partners.
Is confident, professional, and relationship-driven.
Can help open doors and build credibility.
Understands how to position early-stage startups.
Can work with pitch decks, financial models, investor memos, and startup narratives.
Is execution-focused and comfortable in an early-stage environment.
Wants to build long-term value as part of a venture studio.

Compensation
This is an early-stage co-founder opportunity. Compensation may include:
Equity or equity-based upside.
Success-based compensation tied to capital raised.
