Role: RPA Blue Prism Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Work From Office)
Duration: 6–12 Months
Experience Required: 6–8 Years Total IT Experience
Pay: CAD 60-65/Hr.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer with strong expertise in Blue Prism development, Virtual Machines, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting Blue Prism automations in a regulated enterprise environment.
Required Experience
- 6–8 years of overall IT development experience.
- 4+ years of Blue Prism development experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience delivering Blue Prism development projects.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with Blue Prism development.
- Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) and Active Directory.
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Blue Prism-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up new Virtual Machines and perform testing of Blue Prism processes.
- Identify issues and implement appropriate fixes.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and RBC teams to manage project dependencies.
- Coordinate activities with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Operate within a highly regulated, change-controlled environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Prioritize workload effectively and support team members when required.
- Create and maintain support documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
- Participate in project and team meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in enterprise banking or highly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting production Blue Prism environments.
