LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow for a consulting engagement with its Ottawa based client.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work hybrid at the customer headquarters in Ottawa if located in the National Capital Region.
Key Tasks
- Lead the assessment of the existing ServiceNow enterprise platform architecture, identifying technical gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop target-state architecture recommendations, including platform design, shared services, integrations, security and enterprise standards
- Assess CMDB/CSDM architecture, governance practices, platform health, technical debt and lifecycle management
- Define architectural principles, standards and governance practices for a shared ServiceNow environment supporting multiple application teams
- Provide strategic guidance on platform security, identity and access management, privileged access and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Contribute to the definition of the ServiceNow Platform Team's mandate, operating model and Centre of Excellence framework
- Develop architectural roadmaps and recommendations to support the long-term evolution of the ServiceNow environment
- Facilitate discussions with technical leadership, product teams and business stakeholders to validate architectural requirements and recommendations
- Provide executive-level presentations, architecture documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture with a strong background designing and assessing large-scale ServiceNow enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, security, identity and access management, and enterprise governance
- Proven experience developing target-state architectures, technical standards, strategic roadmaps and architectural governance frameworks within complex, multi-team environments
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- Experience establishing or evolving a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence
- Experience within large public-sector or government environments
- Experience with enterprise platform operating models and shared-service architectures
- Bilingual capability (English/French) is an asset
- Comfort working in hybrid or fully remote arrangements
Compensation
Hourly rates are negotiable
