LeverageTek is actively seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, or remotely in coordination with the client.
Key Tasks
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions
- Support and automate data migration
- Implement and configure solution to integrate ServiceNow with SharePoint for document management
- Develop, test, demo, and deliver solution features in sprints
- Produce release notes and deployment documentation
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
- Fix defects
- Create technical documentation for implemented features
- Ensure alignment with architecture standards set by HoC and the Strategist
- Rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine Studio (AES) for building applications
- Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Integration Hub
Qualifications
- SharePoint experience as a user
- Knowledge Management, taxonomy design, and content governance
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Platform including tables, forms, ACLs, and Flow Designer
- Low-code development ability to create apps without heavy scripting
- Ability to work in agile sprints and deliver rapid prototypes
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
- Experience with SharePoint as a developer (API, Integration, Search Schema)
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio for advanced scripting
- Experience with Service Portal widgets and Next Experience
- Performance Analytics and UI Builder experience
- Strong UX and accessibility awareness
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or App Engine Specialist certification
- Experience in Azure DevOps pipelines
- Bilingual in English and French (asset)
- Located in the National Capital Region (NCR) and available to work hybrid (asset)
- Eligible for Governement of Canada Security Clearance
