About the Client:
Our client is a profitable defence-tech company whose products are used in real-world missions to protect borders. Until now, the founder has bootstrapped the business and grown it organically. Today, they’re raising growth capital to add new product lines, and we’ve been selected as the exclusive partner to setup and build their product organization.
The Opportunity:
Demand in this Defense-Tech category is rising fast!
Reporting into the CEO, you will be the first-ever Product Manager owning the Training Simulator. The software allows a user to design scenarios, visually renders the environment and the physics, and has a Learning Management System built in.
The portfolio generates close to $10M ARR today, and your focus will be on growth.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
- You are a PM who currently owns a Simulation product, a Video Game platform, or a Learning Management System.
- Any experience managing hardware vendors will go a long way, but this is NOT a Hardware PM role.
- Experience owning the onboarding and training services that go with a Software product will go a long way.
- Any exposure to DefenceTech or GovTech will get you extra brownie points.
- You're located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal.
