Be the first voice a prospective student hears - and the reason they choose MCG. You’ll guide prospective students through our programs, answer their questions, support their decision, and set them up for success from day one.
02 What you'll do

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins with speed and care

Conduct campus tours and program information sessions for prospective students and families
03
Guide applicants through the enrollment process from inquiry to registration
04
Maintain accurate records in the student information system
05
Follow up with prospective students at key decision points in their journey
06
Collaborate with Program Directors to stay current on program details and outcomes
03 What you'll bring
Proven experience in a customer-facing, sales, or advisory role
Exceptional communication skills - you are warm, clear, and persuasive
Comfortable working toward enrollment or conversion targets
Strong organization and CRM or database proficiency
Eligible to work in Canada

Experience in post-secondary admissions or education sales

Second language (French, Tagalog, or other) is an asset
