Help students build the skills and confidence to step into medical office and healthcare administration roles across Alberta. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced MOA professional who wants to give back to the next generation.
02 What you'll do

Deliver MOA program coursework covering medical terminology, scheduling, billing, and patient communication

Design and mark assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments

Stay current with Alberta Health Services standards and MOA best practices

Provide academic support and coaching to students throughout the term

Collaborate with the Program Coordinator on scheduling and curriculum updates
03 What you'll bring
Active experience as a Medical Office Assistant or equivalent healthcare admin role
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a clinical or medical office setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to commit to scheduled class times consistently
Eligible to work in Canada
