The Role
OXARO is seeking qualified candidates to work a period of four (4) months this Winter 2027 as shared resources to support our dynamic Advisory team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Research and summarize industry leading practices;
- Conduct data analysis and documentation review;
- Participate in client meetings and interviews;
- Develop analytical models and decision-making frameworks;
- Perform process mapping;
- Summarize key observations and findings;
- Draft client deliverables;
- Track project status and budget;
- Assist with client communication;
- Support business development (e.g. market research and proposal writing);
- Lead and support internal initiatives (e.g. recruiting, committees).
What You Bring To The Table
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline
- Strong English communication skills required; French is an asset.

- Familiar with the MS Office suite
