Specifics about the role:
- Job Type: Part-time
- Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
What you’ll do:

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to clinic and industry protocols.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including completing required cycle documentation.
- Organize and restock operatories, supplies, and sterilization areas to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Safely handle, sort, and dispose of biohazardous materials in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Support the clinical team in maintaining a safe, organized, and prepared environment for every patient.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare sterilization/infection control role is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
