The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship. Our founders close the deals, your job is to make sure customers go live quickly, get value fast, and stick around.
This is a hands-on, technical-adjacent role. You'll be working with AI teams, infrastructure engineers, and founders who know what they want, your job is to make sure they get it.
What You'll Do
• Own onboarding: take customers from signed contract to production
• Be the go-to point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
• Proactively identify risk, expansion opportunities, and churn signals
• Work closely with our founder on renewal and upsell conversations
• Translate customer feedback into product insights for the team
• Build and document the playbooks as we grow
Who You Are
• 2–5 years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management at a B2B infrastructure company
• Comfortable talking to engineers and technical buyers, you don't need to code, but you can hold your own
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down
• Proactive, organized, and doesn't need hand-holding
• Startup-ready: you're excited to build process, not just follow it
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPUs, or AI/ML tooling
• Early-stage startup experience
