Strong experience administering IBM i (AS400 / iSeries) environments
Expertise in IBM i OS management, PTF installation, OS upgrades, and technology refresh
Experience with ROBOT Scheduler for batch job scheduling and production workload management
Hands-on experience with BRMS (Backup, Recovery and Media Services), backup, restore, and disaster recovery
Knowledge of High Availability solutions such as MIMIX, PowerHA, iCluster, or equivalent
Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and security administration
Familiarity with IBM Power Systems, firmware updates, and infrastructure maintenance
Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
