Job Description :
- 8+ years as a Middleware Administrator, with a strong focus on IHS and WAS.
- Expert knowledge of IHS and WAS architectures, configuration, and administration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for IHS and WAS.
- Deep understanding of security principles and best practices for middleware environments.
- Having scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Jython, Ansible).
- Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
