Strategic Execution: Deliver and support strategic plans for implementing emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning initiatives.
Operations Management: Manage resources to ensure 24/7 production needs are met, providing support for off-shifts and extended hours when necessary.
Compliance & Security: Oversee SOX and internal audit compliance, maintain disaster recovery plans, and ensure a rigorous cybersecurity posture.
Business Partnership: Act as a creative problem solver, envisioning IT solutions for complex business challenges and ensuring cross-functional priorities (including Continuous Improvement) are achieved.
Reporting: Manage monthly/quarterly business reporting and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
