Role: Production Support Developer
Duration: Fulltime / Permanent
Location: Oakville, ON --- HYBRID

This is a HYBRID Role - 2 - 3 days a week onsite. The candidates Must be located in Toronto / GTA.

Seniority Level - 8-10+ Years (Intermediate - Senior)
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- .NET Framework: Proven experience reading, understanding, and refactoring legacy .NET code.
- Java: Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Java-based applications.
- Production Support: Investigate, debug, and resolve escalated production incidents and user-reported issues submitted via Jira; interact directly with business users to clarify requirements and provide support.
- Database Tuning & Optimization: Write, debug, and fine-tune complex SQL queries, views, and Stored Procedures to ensure high performance across on-premises and cloud database environments.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain is Nice to Have.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of operating independently in high-volume production environments.
Nice-to-Have / Assets:
Messaging Technologies: Basic working experience with enterprise messaging systems (e.g., MQ, Kafka, JMS).
