Introduction:
Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager, Non-IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting form $64 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiatives
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create and prioritize epics, features, and user stories
- Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teams
- Engage stakeholders across business and technology groups
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and progress
- Develop executive presentations, status reports, and business cases
- Drive governance adoption, training, and change management activities
- Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization
Experience & Qualification Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Data Governance, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Technology delivery required
- Experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data Governance, Data & Analytics, enterprise technology implementations, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational change management
- Strong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Business acumen should be there
- Data Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools
- Financial services or Insurance regulated industry experience, consultant experience
- Experience developing governance operating models and business cases
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management
