Responsibilities
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits support, leave administration, and offboarding. Support compliance, employee engagement, reporting, and HR process improvements while serving as a confidential point of contact for employees and managers.
Requirements
Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets. A diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, sociology, or a related field - or equivalent experience - is required, along with legal authorization to work in Canada.
