<p>We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and refine our product experience. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with engineering, CS, Sales and other cross-functional partners to ship features that delight our users. You will be hands-on with discovery, requirements writing, and execution - translating customer needs into clear, well-scoped product work. This is a great opportunity for a curious, detail-oriented PM who enjoys owning features end-to-end and contributing to a growing product team.</p>
<p>This position is based in <strong>North York</strong> and is currently hybrid in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person.</p>

<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Feature Execution:</strong> Own and ship product features end-to-end, from writing PRDs and user stories to coordinating launches and reviewing results.</li>
<li><strong>Customer Discovery:</strong> Talk to users regularly, run interviews, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform what we build next.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner closely with engineers and CS in daily standups, sprint planning, and design reviews to keep work moving smoothly.</li>
<li><strong>Backlog & Roadmap Support</strong>: Help maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and contribute to roadmap planning under the direction of product leadership.</li>
<li><strong>Data & Analytics:</strong> Use product analytics tools to monitor feature performance, surface insights, and inform iteration.</li>
<li><strong>QA & Release Support:</strong> Partner with engineering to test new features, verify acceptance criteria, and ensure a high-quality user experience at launch.</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Product Experience:</strong> 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company, with a track record of shipping features that users love.</li>
<li><strong>Startup Mindset:</strong> Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and excited to roll up your sleeves on whatever needs to get done.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Comfortable using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to inform decisions and measure impact.</li>
<li><strong>Design Sensibility:</strong> A solid eye for UI/UX and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to deliver clean, intuitive user experiences.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Curiosity:</strong> You don't need to code, but you can have productive conversations with engineers and understand basic trade-offs.</li>
<li><strong>Clear Communication:</strong> Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to write crisp PRDs, share updates with stakeholders, and align teammates on what we're building and why.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> A team player who takes direction well, gives thoughtful feedback, and contributes to a positive product culture.</li>
