Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2.) Familiar with Macros
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Prior banking, financial institution, or corporate work experience
2.) Prior customer service experience
3.) Product knowledge of RSP’S, TFSA's
4.) Strong technical skills or background (comfortable using various applications, can create EUC’s etc.)
5.) Someone who is Customer service oriented (emails, phone calls)
