Tesla Motors is looking for an Apprentice Collision Technician to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. If you are interested in becoming a part of a world class service team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.
Adhere to Tesla Standards and work proficiently in a team-based environment
Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla-specific repair procedures
Use Celette frame jigs for setting new structural components
Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced
Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler
Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags, and trim
The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
2+ years of experience as an automotive collision repair technician
Excellent attitude and collaborative work style
Neat and organized work habits
Comfortable working with the latest technologies and learning new software
Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada

Expected Compensation
Apprentice Collision Technician I - $21.60 - $32.40/hour
Apprentice Collision Technician II - $27.36 - $41.04/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
