Tesla is looking for a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Markham, Ontario location.
In this high-impact role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for skilled trades and high-volume manufacturing positions that keep our world-class production lines running. You will recruit for critical roles including Electricians, Maintenance Technicians, Controls Technicians, Tool & Die Specialists, Machinists and Facilities roles, .

What You'll Do
Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers in our Manufacturing organization to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategyEffectively manage time, resources, and priorities while providing regular, data-driven updates to business partners and stakeholdersUsing a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talentConducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environmentFocusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
This position will be required to be onsite at Markham, Ontario facilityMinimum of 2 years recruiting experience. Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing skilled trades and leadership talentProven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessmentA genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career. Experience utilizing AI tools in recruiting is a plusSkilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trendsThe ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with qualityA combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred

Expected Compensation
Associate Recruiter - $75,240 - $112,860/annual salaryRecruiter - $85,360 - $128,040/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Responsibilities
Partner with manufacturing leaders and hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide data-driven updates. Source and attract candidates, conduct interviews and phone screens, assess technical and behavioral fit, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of recruiting experience and a demonstrated record sourcing and assessing skilled trades and leadership talent. Candidates should have strong stakeholder and relationship management, interviewing, negotiation, and project delivery skills; technology interest is expected, recruiting AI experience is a plus, and corporate plus agency or executive search experience is preferred.
