Position: Senior Java Developer
Location: Toronto, On – Hybrid
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join a team responsible for building and maintaining core frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Core Java, particularly in multithreading, concurrency, and event-driven architectures, along with strong experience in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
This role requires a developer who can design highly scalable, high-performance applications and work extensively with low-level Java concepts to support enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable Java-based frameworks and components
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient applications using Core Java and Spring technologies.
- Implement and manage complex multithreaded solutions, synchronization mechanisms, and concurrent processing models.
- Build and support event-driven architectures for real-time data processing and messaging systems.
- Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and thread management in distributed environments.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers to define technical solutions and best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software design principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to concurrency, performance, and scalability.
