Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding hiring needs and market trends.
- Source and attract top talent through ATS, social media, job boards, and creative outreach.
- Develop talent pipelines across multiple engineering and technical disciplines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to recommend qualified applicants.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Organize and prioritize multiple high‑volume requisitions effectively.
- Contribute to market research and business development activities.
- Handle additional recruiting duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- A minimum of 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors
- Strong experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced hybrid environment
- Experience with high‑volume technical hiring is a must
