Job Description:
- We are seeking an Operations Officer II to provide operational and administrative support within a fast-paced financial services environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for processing operational requests, reviewing documentation, handling Visa redemption requests, and supporting various back-office functions.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to meet service level agreements while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Process operational transactions and administrative requests accurately and within established service levels.
- Review estate, legal, and banking-related documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Support Visa redemption requests and other ad hoc operational activities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling customer-related data and sensitive information.
- Participate in daily team touchpoints and operational workflow activities.
- Identify and escalate operational risks, discrepancies, and process issues as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and operational issues.
- Adapt to changing business processes, policies, and technology enhancements.
Experience:
- Must have 2 to 4 years of retail banking or financial services experience.
- Must have 2 to 4 years of strong administrative or operations support experience.
- Must have experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Must have experience using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience handling banking products, policies, and procedures is highly preferred.
- Experience reviewing estate, legal, or financial documentation is considered an asset.
- Trade processing, loans, deposits, swaps, forwards, money market, or foreign exchange product experience is an asset.
