Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst V to join an enterprise-level team supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience, strong expertise in identity management, authentication, and authorization, and the ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
- This role offers an opportunity to contribute to workforce and identity management projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support critical IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements related to Identity & Access Management, authentication, and authorization.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Support workforce identity and access management initiatives within an enterprise environment.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable system specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement reviews, and project meetings.
- Support project delivery by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Identify business process improvements and support effective IAM solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities within established deadlines and service-level expectations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in large enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and workforce identity management.
- Experience working in enterprise-level environments; banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Agile or Project Management certifications.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting IAM-related projects within financial institutions.
- Exposure to enterprise identity and access management platforms and processes.
Work Arrangement
- The onsite requirement may increase to 4 days per week in the future.
- Flexible anchor days.
- No travel required.
- Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Additional hours may be available with prior approval.
Interview Process
- Step 1: Virtual interview (30 minutes).
- Step 2: In-person interview (1 hour).
