Yonge St. Warehouse is seeking an
experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our management team.
We are looking for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage a busy floor, support their team, and maintain high operational standards throughout every shift.

About The Role
As a Floor Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will work closely with the management and front-of-house teams to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during high-volume shifts
- Maintaining strong service and hospitality standards
- Managing the floor and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
- Supporting servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff as required
- Responding effectively to guest needs and resolving service issues professionally
- Communicating clearly with both management and staff
- Monitoring the pace and flow of service throughout the shift
- Supporting team development, training, and performance
- Ensuring company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
- Leading by example and stepping in wherever needed to support the operation
The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous Floor Manager, Supervisor, or Restaurant Management experience
- Has strong serving and bartending experience
- Is comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Remains calm, organized, and professional under pressure
- Is approachable, reliable, and team-oriented
- Takes initiative and can make sound decisions independently
- Understands the importance of both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift
Requirements
- Previous restaurant leadership experience
- Serving and bartending experience
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Valid Canadian work permit
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
