Client Overview
Our client is seeking an intermediate
Project Manager to lead the execution of a major brand refresh across multiple channels and stakeholder groups. With the visual identity and brand strategy framework already established, this role will focus on translating that strategy into a clear delivery plan and ensuring all workstreams remain aligned through launch.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will support a highly visible, six-month brand refresh initiative spanning the external website, internal client portal, mobile app experience, collateral, organizational branding materials, and communications planning.
This role will work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Digital, Technology, business leaders, Compliance, Internal Communications, and external agency partners to manage dependencies, drive decisions, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, budgets, and upcoming deliverables.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the master project plan across all brand refresh workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, critical path activities, and launch readiness.
- Break the rollout into practical phases with clear timelines, ownership, and sequencing across website, portal, app, collateral, and organizational branding initiatives.
- Track budgets, vendor and agency timelines, scope changes, risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Proactively escalate delays, cost concerns, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Support scoping and implementation planning across digital experiences, internal systems, collateral, organizational branding, communications, and change-readiness activities.
- Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure stakeholders understand their deliverables, ownership, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Manage creative and technical handoffs across design, development, production, review, and distribution.
- Coordinate Compliance, Legal, Technology, and business reviews within the overall project schedule.
- Partner closely with Technology to validate feasibility, effort, sequencing, ownership, and launch timing for digital and internal system updates.
- Hold agency and vendor partners accountable to agreed scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead working sessions, workstream stand-ups, design and content reviews, SteerCo meetings, and launch-readiness checkpoints.
- Establish clear agendas, document decisions and action items, assign owners, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Prepare regular status updates for leadership and project stakeholders covering milestones, budget position, risks, issues, decisions required, and upcoming activity.
- Tailor reporting for both executive leadership and detailed delivery teams.
Role Requirements
- Approximately 4+ years of project or program management experience within marketing, brand, creative agency, or in-house studio environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through launch.
- Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing or brand initiatives.
- Experience managing digital projects such as website launches, portal updates, app releases, or other customer-facing digital experiences.
- Strong experience coordinating creative production, print collateral, digital assets, and organizational brand rollouts.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience working with project management tools and maintaining detailed project plans and status reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and the consistent application of visual identity, messaging, templates, and assets across channels.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Project management certification is considered an asset.
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience is considered an asset.
