Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: CAD$50/HR INC
Key Responsibilities
Integration or Solution Architecture experience within telecommunication Client Experience Technology Services area
Document design within user stories in Jira tooling
Overseeing the implementation and deployment of the designed system
Conducting thorough testing of the integrated system to ensure proper functionality and adherence to client requirements including overseeing the identification and resolution of any issues or bugs, oversee system performance tests, and the documentation of test results
Contribute to the detailed end to end project delivery plan including timelines, resource needs, and effort estimates. Coordinating with stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during system implementation and post-implementation phases. Identifying and resolving system-related issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures to enhance system performance and stability.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in system integration technologies, tools, and methodologies. Continuously learning and upgrading skills to stay competent and offer innovative solutions to clients.
Expected through put equal to two new integrations with external systems per Program Increment (10 week period)
