Responsibilities
Lead backend development and technical delivery, including designing scalable application architectures, building and maintaining APIs and persistence layers, and resolving complex technical issues. Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with architecture, QA, DevOps, vendors, and project teams.
Requirements
Requires 5–8 years of Java backend development experience, strong Java and Spring Boot skills, and expertise in scalable microservices and API development. Candidates should have experience with AI-assisted development tools, cloud and container technologies, security, performance optimization, technical leadership, and clear communication.
