Key Responsibilities
IAM Architecture & Solution Engineering: Design, develop, and integrate enterprise IAM solutions, optimizing identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), SSO, MFA, and PAM across hybrid and cloud environments.
Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise a team of 4 Senior IT Security Analysts. Plan, estimate, prioritize, and assign technical tasks while providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance on system development methodologies and technical options.
Strategic Planning & Design Guidance: Partner closely with the IAM Product Manager and Enterprise Architecture team to align solutions with the IAM roadmap, ensure compliance with security protocols, and evaluate feature updates within platform portfolios.
Project Management & Lifecycle Operations: Oversee system testing, fit/gap analysis, performance validation, and smooth migrations into production environments while actively monitoring risks and defining mitigation strategies.
Support, Consulting & Incident Response: Conduct in-depth option reviews prior to platform customization. Build strong stakeholder relationships to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues on mission-critical applications.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Overall Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Identity & Access Management, IT Security, or a related domain.
Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solution development, platform engineering, and implementation.
Core Technical Competencies
IAM Frameworks & Protocols: Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and policy enforcement. Proficiency with protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
Enterprise IAM Platforms: Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade, large-scale mission-critical IAM systems (e.g., Saviynt).
Development & Scripting: Advanced proficiency in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Node, PowerShell, and API integration/middleware automation.
Database Systems: Strong database management skills, including SQL and Oracle.
Key Skills & Attributes
Bilingualism: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
Leadership & Coaching: Proven track record in supervising, mentoring, and guiding technical staff.
