Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including time management, travel arrangements, visa processing, and expense reporting.
Manage and optimize physical space and hardware resources for the team.
Support the team’s focus on a leading collaboration platform, specifically contributing to areas like calling, meetings, and device integration.
Assist with the integration of various devices, such as headsets and meeting room equipment, into the platform.
Ensure seamless operational flow for a team dedicated to enhancing global communication and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in administrative support, including managing time, travel, visas, and expenses.
