Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Toronto
Ideal Rate: $90- $95 (Based on Experience)
Hybrid –2 days onsite/3 days remote
Responsibilities: Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities. Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
- Development experience with ServiceNow portals and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Experience developing custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3-5 years in solution architecture and platform governance roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies aligned to business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience managing platform upgrades, patching, release management, cloning, security, and instance health.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
- Provide operational support, deployment coordination, change management, and documentation as required for development or administration-related work for Service Now
Certifications Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, IRM, or equivalent)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) considered a strong asset
