Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
You will work closely with our experienced sales team to identify potential clients, generate leads, and create new business opportunities.
This position begins part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business clients.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Present company services and identify client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and communications.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business development targets.
Requirements
- Approximately 6–12 months of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching potential clients.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning CRM systems and sales tools.
- Willingness to receive coaching and develop sales skills.
