We are conducting a confidential search for a Technical Manager to support the growth of a leading international industrial company in Canada.
The role will be based in Quebec and combines technical expertise with strong commercial skills.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide training and technical support to installers, distributors, and architects.
- Build and expand a loyal network of installers across the region.
- Contribute to certifications, testing, and product quality initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to drive customer success.
Requirements:
- Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in siding, façade, or roofing (residential experience is essential).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to inspire and engage.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%, including initial training in Europe).
- Valid driving license.
This is a hybrid role (home office + fieldwork, ~60% outside) with clear growth potential, including future leadership opportunities as the team expands.
