Job Title: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Type: 3 days/week onsite (hybrid)
Location: Mississauga, ON L5R 0B8
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in application development
- Proficiency in React and JavaScript
- Good understanding of Java frameworks and API integration
- Experience working with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture (knowledge of Core Java a plus)
- Ability to review, understand, and integrate code effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of how to build efficient, scalable digital solutions
- Experience mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance without management responsibilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to development tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to independently manage full development cycles
