Responsibilities
Perform onsite installations and service work for CATV, digital, internet, fibre, home phone, and home security monitoring services. Ensure all work is completed to the required standards on behalf of the company's cable communications business partner.
Requirements
Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications, time management ability, and the capacity to work independently while following strict policies and procedures. A high school education or equivalent, a valid G-class driver's license with an excellent driving record, and a satisfactory criminal background certificate are required; technician, electrical, telecommunications, field service, installation, sales, and mathematical experience are assets.
