Responsibilities
Perform onsite installations and service work for CATV, digital, internet, fibre, home phone, and home security monitoring services. Ensure all work is completed to the required standards on behalf of the company's cable communications business partner.
Requirements
Candidates should have a high school education or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft application knowledge, and the ability to work independently while following policies and procedures. A valid Canadian G-class driver's license with an excellent driving record is required; prior electrical, technical, installation, field service, or telecommunications experience is an asset, as are sales experience and mathematical ability.
