Responsibilities
Perform onsite installations and service work for CATV, digital, internet, fibre, home phone, and home security monitoring services. Ensure all work meets the standards of the company’s cable communications business partner.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft applications knowledge, time management ability, and the capacity to work independently while following strict policies and procedures. A high school or equivalent education, a valid Canadian G-class licence with an excellent driving record, and a satisfactory criminal background certificate are required; technical, installation, telecommunications, sales, and mathematical experience or ability are assets.
